Terms and Conditions

By ordering DailyFix Green Tea the customer agrees to the following terms and conditions.

Your Order

The customer understands that they will receive a new box of powdered Green Tea and will pay a minimum of $5 postage & handling per shipment. This is to be billed to the purchaser and payment received prior to any product being despatched. Our products carry a 2 year shelf life and can take up to 5 business days to arrive within New Zealand, and 15 days to Australia (subject to product availability).

Product Returns, Exchanges & Money Back Guarantee

If you're not satisfied with your purchase get in touch with us within a week of it arriving and we will arrange a refund or exchange. Any products returned must be in original condition and packaging. Please notify us by email (fraser@greentea.co.nz) in the first instance. Once your parcel has been received, you will receive a refund within 10 days, excluding any postage and handling charges. 

Any product requiring an exchange due to customer error is done so at the customer's expense. To be eligible for an exchange the customer must return the product in original condition. A new postage fee of $5 is applicable for the sending of the correct product within NZ ($12.50 to Australia).
